My name is Sunny and my journey into this work started with a three-year training as a naturopath, which provided me with deep medical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of the human body. I have a keen interest in psychology, personal development, joyful movement and the importance and impact of nutrition. Over the years, I’ve completed several certiefied trainings both in coaching and natural healing modalities, like yoga, breathwork, Reiki, and ear acupuncture, just to name a few.
Before embarking on this transformative path, I spent over a decade working in the events industry as a manager. The COVID-19 pandemic changed my life in profound ways—while external crises intensified, they also brought to light my own inner crises. This was the turning point for me to start my own journey of self-discovery and healing.
Through this journey, I began to deeply explore the human body and mind—not only from a professional standpoint but also through my own lived experience. I learned about my emotions, my triggers, my needs, my strengths, and my vulnerabilities. I came to understand how my nervous system often became overstimulated, leading to inner restlessness, trembling, heart racing and mild panic attacks.
I explored many approaches to nervous system regulation and healing along the way, and now, I want to share these experiences and tools with you. My mission is to help others find ways to reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and cultivate greater emotional resilience. I know firsthand how challenging it can be, and it is my passion to guide you through your own healing process, whether you’re dealing with stress, emotional imbalances, or simply seeking a greater sense of peace and well-being.
Neuroregulation refers to the ability to calm the nervous system during stressful situations and restore the body to a state of recovery. Many people experience dysregulation of the nervous system due to chronic stress or emotional trauma, which leads to both physical and psychological challenges.
In my coaching sessions, I guide you in stabilizing your nervous system and learning to return to a state of calm more quickly in stressful moments. Using a combination of breathwork, yoga, and energy healing, we work to regulate your emotional responses and physical tensions. You will learn to feel and how to control your body and mind, fostering greater inner peace and resilience.

Neuroregulation through Yoga
Yoga is a highly effective tool for regulating the nervous system. Through gentle asanas (physical postures), targeted breathwork (pranayama), and meditation, we can positively influence the autonomic nervous system and reduce stress. In my yoga classes and individual coaching sessions, I guide you through exercises specifically designed to activate and relax the body and strengthen your emotional resilience.
